Ivo Jedlička is a Czech designer and creator whose work combines traditional craft techniques with an innovative approach to materials and forms. He studied product design at UMPRUM in Prague and expanded his knowledge at the Royal Danish Academy, where he began working with glass and ceramics. His practice often moves between art and functional design, with an emphasis on handcraft, collaboration, conceptual thinking, and experimental curiosity.
Hlinotéka is a laboratory of ideas, a studio for residents and members, a showroom of products, and an educational center offering classes in ceramic techniques. In 2025, the program was expanded to include an artist-in-residence scheme, through which Hlinotéka hosts six residencies throughout the year, some of which are presented in collaboration with Lobster Space.
